Using laserpoint 24 with flexi 8 was having no problems but now everytime I try a project cutter moves two inches stops and cutter just says waiting. What do I do?

sorry, not enough info. Operating system? USB? Serial? Is cutter grounded? Do it on every design? How big is the design? Tried reinstalling Flexi or the drivers? Replaced cables? Give us more info please,
