Arc entire design.....can't figure it out!

Hello everyone, I use inkscape everyday and find myself pretty good at it most days, but I think I have finally found something it can't do.  I created a wrap design to go around some glasses for etching, and the glasses are wider at top than bottom, so to get everything to line up right I would have to arc the entire design.  Only I couldn't figure out how to do it, I had to save as an eps, and ended up doing it in illustrator. 

Has anyone run across a way to do this in inkscape, I tried for a ouple hours to find something before I gave up.  Also, is there an easy way to do it in flexi pro.....thats what I cut with  but I couldn't find it in their either.
