MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted November 5, 2009 I always run mine at 100% on SIZE why are you running at 50%? Have you tried it at 100%?
han7681 0 Posted November 5, 2009 if 100% size was around 8cm weird!!!
Guest fivestar Posted November 5, 2009 Have you tried cutting anything else out? You sure you're using the correct driver for your cutter?
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted November 5, 2009 go into your DEFAULT JOB PROPERTIES AND see what your resolultion is at , Steps in mine is at 1020.00 steps/ in I use inches
tekcorps 50 Posted November 5, 2009 Something I notice that would confuse me (most things do ) is your design window is set up in inches and your cut preview window in production manager is set up in cm. Something else, if you made a circle then used outline feature, since your circle appears to have a outline, you may without knowing selected your circle and then adjusted your circle dimensions. Therefore when you go to cut the overall dimensions will be larger since you have a outline around your circle.
tekcorps 50 Posted November 5, 2009 My guess is you have a 4 cm circle with 2cm space and 2cm outline. Therefore you got a 8cm graphic cut. I bet if you measure your inner circle its right on of what you intended the circle to be.
