gr203 0 Posted October 16, 2009 when i make like 3-4 inch or bigger decals, i get tiny lines cut across from it moving across to the area it needs to cut while its cutting. they don't go thru they are just like scratching the surface. should i just put the blade in a little more, and then increase the pressure? cpwall 0 Posted October 16, 2009 what is your pressure setting now? on what machine? is the vinyl laying flat on the rollers or is it curling up in the middle, and the blade is dragging?

cpwall 0 Posted October 16, 2009 if your pressure is only set at 50 you need to try to back the blade in a bit and raise the pressure, try to get it cutting good with pressure closer to 100, that may help as well
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted October 20, 2009 If the vinyl is curling up the cutter could be hitting it on the way back across - if not search for info on static problems
