pcut broken and down, plz help

I have had serious problem trying to get this thing to cut accurately and the blade holder slipping up. Today i was trying yet again to cut circles where the lines meet and the holder started slipping again. I took the blade holder out and noticed the part of the carriage that tightens down on the blade holder was broken. It is plastic and it fell in 2 pieces. I bought on june 6 and hardly cut with it mostly because i am out of town alot for my job. Is this a part that can be replaced and is it expensive? Is this a problem with these units or is mine and exception. I seen a couple of people here has had the same problem. any help would be appreciated!!!

where did you buy it from? if it was a supplier

it should still be under warranty. so i would suggest that you contact your seller to find out and tell them the problems your having as well. i know that the creation p-cut are tricky sometimes . i know that i regretted buying mine for a long time , until i got the sh#ts and tweaked it and now it runs fine.
