Fine double cut instead on one - why?

Hi, I am making up my artwork in Coreldraw, making the outline into hairline and fill none, them exporting as eps vector. I open up Sign Blazer and input using full ps input. It cuts out great except there is two cuts around a letter leaving a hair width of material that comes away making it not easy to clear away. Is this normal? If there is a problem which program would it be? Thanks for any input.

Can you post a copy of the file for us to examine closer? It could be that it has extra nodes causing it to do that.

I had that problem when I first started vectorizing and found out my problem and started editing the nodes to make sure it didnt do it again.

Oops I think my solution is in my question, when I admit I set the outline to hairline, reading other posts I realise I should set, outline to none. I will try that next, thanks.
