No they are not textured. If they were I would have scraped it off  I really don't like textured walls or ceilings.... I have been painting the whole house since late June. Almost done, only have the laundry room left.

haha thanks, i put some on my wall in my office and its textured and it didnt look so great, i hate textured walls
