hamnermitch 0 Posted September 18, 2009 I recently purchased a new refine mh721 and as many of you have had to do, I am learning how to use it with no help from instructions, as it basically came with none! My problem is that I can make a test cut by using the test button on the cutter, but when I use signblazer to try and cut anything, it says that it is communicating with the cutter but never ever does anything.
