    Refine MH 721

    I recently purchased a new refine mh721 and as many of you have had to do, I am learning how to use it with no help from instructions, as it basically came with none! My problem is that I can make a test cut by using the test button on the cutter, but when I use signblazer to try and cut anything, it says that it is communicating with the cutter but never ever does anything. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone offer any help?

    I was told that the only graphics I could import to Sign Blazer were JPEG or Bitmap files. I can import them but when I try to vectorize them I get an error message that says they are not monochromatic and cannot be vectorized. Can anyone help me with this. I am brand new to this and learning by trial and error.
