Refine Down!

Turned on the cutter last night, red light fast blink is all I get.  Working with Levi in support, got it tore apart right now, power supply checks out and when looking at the motherboard 2 of the rom chips are completely melted.  Here is a couple pictures. 

Levi has been great via email support, cutter is still under warranty and sounds like they are going to replace them under warranty.  Going to order a new board, and send him the old one for a reimbursement.  Couldn't be happier.  I can't stress enough for anyone that has problems with these cutters to put in a support ticket at support.uscutter.com with all your information, the guys have been great to me when I have done that now on 2 problems.

reminds me of my first pcut - the power supply had a capacitor blow up - then with the new power supply we found it took out the motherboard - with teh new motherboarrd we found it took out the display . . .ended up paying to send it back for a replacement

Checked the power supply, and all the voltages and everything check out...not sure what happened.
