You can cut it with a chop saw, using a very thin blade (masonary blade is best) You have to be able to cut the entire roll at one pass or rotate very carefully and keep it straight. It will stink, and it will burn if you go too fast. And you will have sticky sawdust everywhere including all over yourself. I have done it but, never again.

I cut a 50 yd 48" roll of 651 white in half with a similar saw, and it didn't look that good.  Nice job.

I noticed the black marks on the vinyl from the foot of the jig saw. I am a carpenter by trade, and I have to cut finish materials on occassion. To avoid these marks in the future, completely cover the base (foot) of the saw with masking tape. You won't have the metal base rubbing on the roll.

Very cool that you were able to cut that down! I may order a larger roll next time and cut mine down!

Thats a pretty good deal.

Now if I can just decide on which one to get..lol.

What do you guys prefer? medium, high, or higher tack?

I'm just wondering with the high tack if if will want to come off of the vinyl once you apply it.  Especially on a wet application.
