Any Ideas for a store front with window panes?

Hey guys, Noticed a business opening and having paper on their windows. Wanted to extend my services to them but don't have any great ideas other than what is shown below.

I see they already had a aluminum sign with vinyl on it but i could come in on the window job  

One idea could be a piece of PVC sintra someone had recommended backs on the panes by 3M double sided Heavy Duty tape instead of drilling into the frames.

I personally would use the rows of panes for each word like this.

Pr|et|ze|ls

Maybe put a couple pretzel shapes in the two bottom corners.

Leaving the bottom row open for their Open Closed sign.

I would shape the letters to match teh shape fo the pane of glass, to create a neat wall of words

Just my ideas.
