AA09 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Hi i hope someone can help me out. i have a sign max SM RS720c/24 cutter. when cutting fast stuff like easy decal the unit works great but if i try to do anything with a little more detail about half way thought i hear a small pop sound and a beep from the comp restarting the usb hook ups and the unit just stops cutting. it doesn't shut down or restart or anything just stops and most of the time i have to restart my cutting program. i use winpc. can anyone tell me what might be happening?
