Macaholic 0 Posted September 7, 2009 This is an easy question to answer. Don't use Artcut! Use SignBlazer and it will separate the colors in one click. It can be done in Artcut, but you will find you need to spend a bit of time tweaking the artwork in node edit. Just use SignBlazer.
don4 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Try Corel Draw ($$) or Inkscape (free) and print your job to your plotter using Linkmotion driver. I think you can try linkmotion.com
allsorts 0 Posted September 16, 2009 Its easier than you think took me a while to sort it out though Just use 2 colours when entering text then when you go to cut, pick the colour you want cut. Don't forget your registration marks. I'm starting to like artcut

allsorts 0 Posted September 17, 2009 how do i get reg marks I click on graph then rectangle and use this as my marks to line up items. You need to change the colour of them to match the item your cutting. If your using black and white as layers make the rectangle black for one layer and white for the other. Easier to do than explain. Hope this helps if not get back and I will try and explain better.
