ff-extreme 6 Posted August 2, 2009 I have flexi 8.6 and a versacamm. I can not get flexi to output to the versacamm. I get the message "can not open port" from production manager when I try. My Roland versaworks will output no problem. I checked my ip settings and they are correct. Dont know what im missing. Anyone have any ideas?

ff-extreme 6 Posted August 4, 2009 Is that a light I see at the end of the tunnel?
rgaskins 0 Posted August 4, 2009 Is this through a switch of some type or directly connected to the port?

rgaskins 0 Posted August 4, 2009 The reason why I was wondering is because I had a crossover cable going from the VP to the router on mine...Maybe that wasn't it...Just seems like when I used the straight through cable Flexi worked...Hmmm, if you need to compare notes on settings and such in Flexi I can PM you my number and we can go over them tomorrow... ff-extreme 6 Posted August 4, 2009 That would be great. even when i hook directly to the versacamm flexi still doesnt work
rgaskins 0 Posted August 4, 2009 I was just sitting down thinking about this...I just can't figure this one out...Do you think something like a firewall or antivirus is not allowing production manager to open the port? Seeing as how production manager loads separate?
