superraff 0 Posted July 24, 2009 hi ,i have a problem with my refine mh721,i bought winpcsign basic but the software don't find my cutter ,it only find redsail model .When i run the program ,at the top ,it write winpcsign basic 2007 redsail ,it seems to be a redsail edition ,how can i do to use my cutter with the software ,i use my plotter with usb connection (don't have serial connection on my pc). Perhaps a bad driver ,but i have the original driver cd and i install the driver with it. the cutter works with artcut. excuse for my bad english,i'm french help me please thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
TaterNuts 3 Posted July 27, 2009 an men edition will only work with that specific machine. there is a work around tho. find the demo on the net. download it, it should come with all the drivers. find the cfg folder in the demo copy the drivers into you oem version. should show up. the drivers on your cd that you got are only to emulate the usb to a com sort.
