How much would it cost? thanks It could go as thick as 2" but the instalation process would be different. would need to use another method of instalation due to the weight. The edges were fearly smooth, but I still snaded them by hand for a smoother finish. and yes it's expanded PVS sign substrate, it come in 4' x 8' sheets.
