Call,or submit a ticket is your best chance. It would be nice,however, if you receive a solution from Tech Support, to post the solution HERE so OTHERS may benefit from it. I just wanted to let everyone know that if it was a problem other then a broken part I would have posted the fix for it. Also that I was very happy cause this was the first time I had to use US Cutter for something other them purchases and after reading some of the threads I was a bit worried that it was going to be a nightmare.
