cutting deep on right side and barely on one side.

hey, sorry if I'm re-posting this topic but i looked through this forum and i also typed in the search bar and i didn't find a solution.

my laser point 24 is doing really nice cuts on the right side of my image and when it moves over to the left side it just barely scratches it.

i read in this forum that my offset should be at 0.24 and my pressure should be at around 140 so i tried that and i got really good results but the problem is that it was doing fine on the right side and now it just totally rips through the paper.

i use sign blazer for sending cuts and for vinyl i use Oracal 651 Intermediate.

i would appreciate it someone could help me out. i feel like its just a simple error

but i can't get it right.

if anyone out there could help me out i would appreciate it.

I would check the amount that your blade is sticking out from the holder, and also, check that your cutting strip is firmly pushed into the slot all the way across.
