sarconastic 29 Posted June 29, 2009 I am sure one of us suggested to use crappy vinyl to practice with, it's a great way to learn, what we didn't tell you, since there is so much to know, is don't apply regular vinyl to your walls. There is special vinyl designed to apply to walls that can be safely removed after several years with no wall damage. Regular vinyl will at the very least leave behind adhesive residue that won't come off with taking paint. Or it will pull chunks of the paint off the wall causing a repair to deal with. A good example a "wall Art" vinyl is Oracal 631, though other manufacturers have their own version.
