I have not been able to install signcut x2 on my non intel based mac mini with a usb connection and I have a new mh 721 plotter. The installer fails.

I may need someone to remote in?

I have the Send to signcut showing up in illustrator cs2.

but no application to run because the installed called scx2_uni.dmg FAILED.

Depends on the version of SignCut you downloaded. When you go to the download section of Whisques' web site, they show 2-3 different versions for various Mac platforms.

Hey Kev,

Don't accept any short comings in the SignCut X2 product... If you have any other issues what-so-ever I want to know, I have been dealing directly with them concerning support issues like this one and specifically how to make it easier for end users, like yourself. Please do me a favor and post any other issues you may or may not have with the SignCut X2 product.
