Got a USB to a Serial Port Cord.. NOW WHAT?

We just got a usb to a serial port cord, and we installed it and everythign.

We think the mh721 cutter is messed up. it was working fine with the usb cord then just went out.

submit a support ticket to US CUTTER,, unless someone else on the forum can help you out..

Make sure your com settings are consistent, 9600baud, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit. You need to set them on your PC, on the cutter and in Signblazer.

This is the kind of thing where I would want to log into your computer so submitting a ticket would be the best course of action.
