john! 1 Posted June 12, 2009 Well, i am in the middle of about 5 jobs and my cutter just took a dump on me i think. I turn it on, the lights light up and it does not go back and fourth to read the vinyl. I have restarted it numerous times and it does nothing. It won't cut due to the computer not finding the port now. Any ideas? I really have about 5 jobs i need to do and i know if i order a US Cutter i won't get it until a few weeks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

firemalt 10 Posted June 12, 2009 Disconnect and reconnect your usb or serial cable Try a new cable Check your Flexi settings Update the Flexi drivers Reinstall the Flexi drivers Update the cutter's drivers Reinstall the cutter's drivers Reinstall Flexi Hopefully, the first or second step works!
