Thank you all, Im glad you liked it.

This is how I did it:

Opened the photo in Photoshop and played with the brightness and contrast until shadows were really dark and light areas were really white.

Took it to Illustrator and traced the areas I wanted (dark areas)

Saved as EPS.

Done
