Not making complete cuts on letters

I am getting small gaps left in my letters what adjustments can I make to complete each letter and also not getting an even cut depth along the width is it from cheap vinyl or something else... everything seems to be level and the cut strip seems ok but I guess we are talking really small increments... Thanks for any help

CHeck your offset. THe starting point on offset is 0.25

Goto the Cutter screen in SB and then click the Setup button. in the middle on the right side of the window is the blade offset. put 0.25 in there to start, make some practice cuts and adjust in small increments till its good. I usually have to adjust down for my cutter. Mines at 0.15.
