thebrayz 0 Posted September 1, 2007 I have a sign made in signblazer, a small bit of text and a graphic that I vectorized in signblazer. When I hit the 'cutter' button the program freezes. I have to shut down the program and start over. This is a saved .sbd file and it won't cut it. Any ideas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Bruce SignBlazer Support 0 Posted September 3, 2007 The problem sounds like there is a communication problem between the cutter and the computer. 1) Make sure that everything is plugged in correctly. 2) Check this post to make sure all your software settings are correct. http://uscutter.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=2&topic=1602.0 There is an update for SignBlazer Elements at http://www.signblazer.net/signblazer/updates/uscutter/setup_240807.exe. kenimes 42 Posted December 5, 2007 Make sure the cutter is configured properly in the software in regards to the correct model, COM port, and Baud rate. Maybe try another USB cable as well. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
