thebrayz 0 Posted August 28, 2007 Signblazer won't let me vectorize a jpeg. Error message:This is not a monochrome image. Cannot vectorize. What does that mean? I'm not even going to start about the whole AI file BS. Why can't SignBlazer fix this?
Bruce SignBlazer Support 0 Posted August 28, 2007 You need to convert the image to monochrome or black and white before vectorizing. To do this select the image then goto the "Image" menu and select "Mode", then "Monochrome". You will then be able to vectorize.

Guest missy Posted August 29, 2007 I tried this and the picture went away when I click monochrome.
Bruce SignBlazer Support 0 Posted August 29, 2007 Did you adjust the threshold? If the picture is light to start off with, the default threshold will tend to make the image white. If you adjust the slider then some of the image should start to appear.
