My 50 " plotter arrived today. Impressive!

Managed to get it cutting in no time.

I am in need of the nut, fastener or whatever is used to clamp the the blade holder down.

It appears to be a knurled nut , brass of some sorts.

Can someone be of assistance?

I've seen in a few instances where this is loose and comes off in shipping. The couple times I've sent out replacements the customer will usually email me the day after saying the found it in the bottom of the box under the cardboard flap so please check thoroughly. I sent one of these out last week which was probably to you, but if not and you still can't find it please email me to let me know.
