Making vinyl stripes with a slitter, any tips?

Hey, i have a customer wanting stripes on his vehicle. Now the one section will be 5 foot long x 10" wide.

Does anyone have any home made slitters that may work rather than using a straight edge? My machine won't stay on track for 5 feet cutting a straight line because it tapers when it comes back around even with new stripe and rollers.

u shoud cut it hand made

10 inch is about 20 cm

u can ask yuor suplayer to sliace 10 inch from your roll

normaly its free from charge

Your Plotter should be able to cut that OK.
