D21 0 Posted April 7, 2009 Hello...I'm new to this and have a question. Years ago I purchased a cutter and software to use as a hobby. I have used this over the years with no problems until recently when I went to use it a message popped up saying "no hardware key could be found". I checked the key and it was not lit up like it should be. I pulled it out and put it back in and it lit up for a second then went out again. I restarted the computer only to have the same thing happen. I then uninstalled the software and reinstalled it and that still didn't work. The key has a smell to it like it got hot. Can I get a replacement key somewhere, or is there another option other than buying all new software? The software is Flexi 6.6 Master. Thank you for any help.
