JimB 0 Posted April 2, 2009 I'm looking to create a removable-adhesive "screen protector", and I just discovered that Oracal has a transparent 631. It is matt finish, however, so I'm somewhat skeptical of the clarity of the light transmission. Can anyone enlighten me with their own experiences with this vinyl? Thanks. midwaste 4 Posted April 2, 2009 Not sure what type of screen you are looking to protect, but it's going to blur say, a cellphone or a touchscreen of any sort. It's typically used to take the glare off graphics that are used in a high light environment (i.e. tradeshow graphics).
JimB 0 Posted April 2, 2009 I'm covering a glossy stereo front plate with black 631 (currently picks up fingerprints too well), and I am hoping to cover its screen with clear as well to complete the look. Looks like I'll be able to account for it first hand. I'll post pictures of the its clarity once it arrives. Thanks Rick!
