SIGNBLAZER WEED SETTINGS -BEST SETTINGS FOR SMALL 20MM FONT

Hello All,

I am doing a sign for opening times for my cousins hair dressing store.Can any one advise what is the best combination of weed settings for 20 mm lettering.I am looking to reduce weed time.

Setting from SignBlazers are :

Weed All

Weed Each Copy

Easy Weed

Power Weed

I have also just bought 30 , 45 and 60 deg cutting blades.I read that 30 degree is great for small fonts.

Do you all agree ?

The weed all just cuts a box around everything.

Weed each copy puts a box around each copy if you are cutting more than one copy or puts a second box around everything if you are just cutting one copy.

The power weed is the only thing that really helps, and on a big graphic, it just cuts down the middle of the scrap to make it two halves. It does do better on text though.

You need the easy weed checked to use the power weed.

I have cut small text with 60deg blades OK I haven't tried 30deg so ...

I use a 60 on everything

Make sure to decrease your blade pressure w/60

on my PCUT my pressure is set at 80 or 82 & everything weeds great
