Can't get get a descent cut with LP24

Are you using USB cable or serial port? I had a lot of issue with SignBlazer and my LP not getting a good connection, but after I started using the serial port I've had little to no issues at all. I'm not sure that would solve your problem or not... I never had that happen. But it couldn't hurt.

do you have enough of the blade sticking out? are you using enough pressure? i use joto papers "multi cut" vinyl and the pressure required to cut is 125 or higher. heat press vinyl is very rubbery so it doesn't cut easily.

i use the usb cable (laptop doesn't have a serial port)

i have the blade out enough, but going back and looking at it I've notice that after the job is done the blade is not sticking out as much. as for the pressure i hadn't messed with that yet.

PS... cutme love your silkscreen setup, going have to try it! ;D

I had to buy a Keyspan. (usb to serial) My laptop doesn't have one either
