onlyinaboat 0 Posted August 14, 2007 Everything was going great. I have used it for 30 days. My 30 day trial just ran out and we registered it for the 3 year program. Now I go to cut and it acts like it is sending to the cutter, but the cutter doesn't do anything. Help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
CES 0 Posted August 14, 2007 Are you using the USB or the other cable? If it's the parallel cable, then is it the original or have you installed a longer one? I had a similiar problem. Some jobs would go over fine, with a longer cable, and others would not. In every case, when I have re-installed the shorter cable, it's gone over and cut. Very frustrating, since it's damn near impossible to have multiple pieces of equipment in a shop and all of it has to be within 6 feet of the computer.
