MH1101 Cutter won't load more than a small job in the memory buffer.

When we load a job to plot (of any larger size) the blue line (that fills) as the job is queing up, doesn't go all the way, before the plotter starts plotting. Then when the job starts plotting about 3/4 of the way through it makes a Jolt sound, and then starts to tear and cut jaggedly. We feel there may be an issue with memory settings or the amount of cached memory etc.

So we did smaller jobs (less rows of decals) only 1 row, and it cuts fine. However it will take us much longer to do this this way since we have 200 decals to cut.

Has anyone run into this or have a quick fix for us?

Yes, we are here. Just trying to picture the issue in my head......which connection method are you using? Could you post a copy of the file you were trying to cut?
