  1. When we load a job to plot (of any larger size) the blue line (that fills) as the job is queing up, doesn't go all the way, before the plotter starts plotting. Then when the job starts plotting about 3/4 of the way through it makes a Jolt sound, and then starts to tear and cut jaggedly. We feel there may be an issue with memory settings or the amount of cached memory etc. So we did smaller jobs (less rows of decals) only 1 row, and it cuts fine. However it will take us much longer to do this this way since we have 200 decals to cut. Has anyone run into this or have a quick fix for us? Need help fast!
  2. Cool. You finally got your site up. It looks nice btw... Well I bought your 48" Plotter, and finally got all my supplies... Got 8 rolls of vinyl, application tape, weeding tools, cutting mat, squeegie, and a roll of 50 feet of magnetic (white gloss) backing. I'm ready to roll. Just wondering if anyone knows of some really good instructional videos?
