Installed New Version Of SignCut and It Freezes ...

I installed the updates version of SignCUt and everytime I open a new graphic and select "cut" the program frezes.  Does anyone know how I can go back to the older version of SignCut?

Also, I've been getting the messages that my licenses have been getting used up.  What is teh deal with that.  I am at my 5/5 license uses. Can anyone help me with that problem too?

I would contact SignCut directly . I'm sure they can figure out the new version's problem for you . Do you have the original SignCut cd to install ?

Everytime you change computers , is uses 1 of the 5 times SignCut lets you tranfer the sotware . If mistakes are made , " sometimes " they credit you back .

i contacted signcut directly 2 times with no reply back from them. once to tell them about the license transfers getting used up and once to see how i can use the old version of signcut.  no emails or phone calls back.

I don't know what to advise you there . I know member Kimon is a SignCut rep . Mayby pm him directly . I would keep sending e-mails . they are a stand up company , just on the big pond .
