bjbk 0 Posted February 24, 2009 how long should a blade last , or how do i know when it's time to change it out thanks
BannerJohn 1,324 Posted February 24, 2009 it depends on what and how much you are cutting. I ususually change blades once a month with regular vinyl, and I cut a lot of vinyl every day. However, some vinyls such as Chrome and reflective seem to wear the blade out faster. You will know when to change...the cuts will start getting a bit lousy, harder to weed. ff-extreme 6 Posted February 24, 2009 How long the blade lasts depends on what you cut with it. Some materials like reflective are harder on the blade. You can tell its time to replace it when it no longer cuts good. Not trying to sound like a wise ass but thats the only way I know when to change.

jgreen 1 Posted February 25, 2009 Just a tip. The blades from CleanCut seem to last longer than any I've ever tried. Noticably longer!
