isolen 0 Posted January 5, 2009 Hi, How to get better cut ? It start cutting in spot (on picture) and it doesn't join it right. I try all values of offset. It is allways the same. kenimes 42 Posted January 5, 2009 Doesn't look too bad. Did you have to use an Xacto knife to cut some spots? What kind of material is that? Chrome vinyl? 45 or 60 degree blade? Maybe too much blade sticking out, and not enough pressure on the cutter.
isolen 0 Posted January 5, 2009 All cures are cutted. And I can lift up junk. But curves are not smooth in start/stop point. It is normal silver matt film (MacTac Series 8900). The knife is Roland, 45 deg.
kenimes 42 Posted January 5, 2009 And you have a PCut CT series?
kenimes 42 Posted January 6, 2009 Has it always been like this, or has it progressively got worse? Maybe a bunk blade holder? Maybe too much blade exposed?
