I dont know either, I went to the site someone else posted about the machine,and they had it called alot of things, the faceplate and everything looks just like a refine mh721..

Please tell us where you got this machine. Used or new,, so we know if we can help..

That is another name of a cutter,, just wondered if it was a older name of the models we call refine mh-721 s now..

LOL , I was wondering because I was thinking KingPin as a mob boss etc . Best thing for this guy to do is get a friend who is knowledgable about computers to try & get it going , hire a tech or best of all buy a new cutter . Smart money would be buying the new cutter IMHO .
