Need help to get an image from pc to the cutter

I'm new and the directions that came with the cutter suck.  They don't even tell you how to load the vinyl in the machine.  They certainly don't tell you how to get an image from the pc to the cutter.  I'm totally lost here and need some help.  The 24/7 tech support line isn't there.  I left vm and emailed uscutter and so far no callback or email.  This is an expensive dust collector so far.  I can't use this machine without any directions.  HELP!!!!  I loaded signcut 2pe and was even billed for the 3 month subscription which was suppose to be free.  Sheesh..... where is all this tech support that is suppose to be provided?
