cuincolor 0 Posted December 12, 2008 I am trying to find who to contact about getting a replacement cutter head for my 721. On the bottom of the head there is a plastic piece that is held on by three small pieces of metal. All three on the right hand side all broke and when the cutter is moving it is being bent over so the blade is not cutting at all. I have ordered a new machine, upgraded to a 34 in. cutter but want to have a back up so I don't lose business because my machine is down. So if anyone can let me know who to contact about getting a replacement head for this 24 in 721 I would be much appreciated. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
