refine, sign blazer and image sizing

Ok, the cutter is cutting and i am getting jpg to eps, now the size i had it  is not the size it is when turned into eps,. my ruler says inches or mm. i choose inches, but they are not right, when i cut them, what am i missing here? I am talking the rulers in the area to draw or write before you send to the cutter.

the inches are in 5 inch increments.

do i need to do something to set this up different?

i had kinda the same problem i had to make the adjustment by opening the cut window click on setup and in the setup window there is a button that says cutting size correction enter your dim you set for the image and the dim the image was cut this done by doing a square and using the dim of itand that should fix it
