sewon 0 Posted November 11, 2008 Has anyone used their Copam for cutting Twill? Is it better to use the Pressure sensitive twill for cutting? Is there a way to create a sew file between the cutting program and embroidery digitizing software?
tory 0 Posted November 11, 2008 I know it can be done on a Roland GX24 but I don't know about the Copam. You need the 60 degree blade and even then they say as long as you aren't cutting twill 24/7 on it. Isn't really made for that. I bought the twill and blade when I got the cutter but still haven't tried it yet. Too many other things going on. I know you can create a sew disk if you have digitizing capabilities, you may want to check with an embroidery forum for the exact directions.
kenimes 42 Posted November 11, 2008 You can cut twill and flock with the Copam, yes. Not sure about the software question....
