  1. We recently purchased the Creation PCut 1200/USC CTO1200 and we've had nothing but issues with it cutting clean. I've searched the US Cutter forums for any solutions and have tried them all. Basically, the plotter isn't cutting corners and right-angled elements correctly and has a tendency to not complete cuts back to the starting point and isn't closing letters. Here's our setup/specs and a few pics. - Toshiba Satellite C675D - Windows 7 64-bit SP1 - USB Interface to Plotter - 45 Degree Blade set at 115 grams - Blade offset @ 0.020in - Oracal 651 Vinyl - FlexiSign Pro 8.1 - Curve Quality is set to High (0.001in) We even performed the adjustments suggested here, with little or no effect: http://forum.uscutte...rpoint-machine/ Plotter isn't cutting straight, clean corners... The corners and interior areas of the letters are supposed to have clean, straight edges. Instead everything is curved and sloppy. In this logo, the small squares above the text are all supposed to be straight, but the way the plotter is cutting, they're completely distorted... any input or suggestions to fix this would be appreciated. we've already lost precious time because of this. we will be swiftly getting rid of this machine if this cannot be resolved. we need accuracy, not half-measures...
