Follow through the manual exactly, and if still a no go then I would call and talk to the support team at US Cutter

did you try to restart your computer, and turn off the power on your cutter then turn it back on after your computer fully rebooted?
-
what kind of cutter you have?
-
on your cutter it self click select to the test one, then click enter see what happens
-
in sign blazer when you click to cut the vinyl you will see setting at the top click that. when the settings box opens up look at the second one down "out put device" make sure the com port there is the same as the USB/Serial port in your computers device and printers.
-
does your com port show the same in your program as it does in your devices and printers? look for the usb serial one right click on it and when the little box opens click the hardware tab and make sure you click the same com port in there as in your cutter program.

did it do a test cut in signblazer

open one of your cutter programs when you try to make a cut see what com port it is connected to. Then on your computer click start and go to your control panel, then devices and printers. open that and look for the one for your cutter, right click on it and go to properties. make sure the com port is the same there.

I agree with Mz SKEETER, I run my cutter the same exact why as he/she just said.

Thank you all for the word of advice.
I'm just an old school guy, I was raised to respect and treat others the way you would want to be treated. I help people out all the time no matter what it is. I never look for a thing in return, just a simple thank you would be great. I'm not one to get butt hurt as they would call it. I just vented out that a simple thank you is not much to type, heck people type a lot more for the help they need then those two simple word. I was just making this post about me, I should have stated it about everyone on here. I know there is a great group of people on here. I might not have been on here that long, but I know I can fit in with most of the people here.
P.S, I'm a former Marine and I live by the Moto "Simper Fi"
Thank you all again,

Well just a small vent, lol
I really like this site a lot; It's just sad when you try to help people and offer things in post, not a simple thank you or a like for a post to help others out.. I feel when some one needs help I'll do it through private messaging only.

Well slice, they have some modern day stuff also. not bad of a site for free stuff.

It's on ebay for $7.00 I tried to post the link but it won't let me on here. It's the stripes not the vector. -

Telephone poles with transformers, Bucket truck working on a transformer, guy working at a circuit breaker box, also a guy working on a transformer/generator. and maybe a few signs that deal with electrical work. I found some but they are a bit to small.
