First thing is, post the file you are trying to cut. From what you are saying it is cutting crazy not deep. Down

I agree will firemalt. Just load your pic on www.whatthefont.com and go through the process. that should be easy its a good pic of it. delete the bottom though it will give you trouble. .02% firemalt? Down

Open your scanned image. Select Bitmap>vectorize>Beizer. Now click and drag the highlighted image over next to the original bitmap. select the original bitmap and press the backspace button. That will delete it. Now click on your vector. Click Arrange> Group>ungroup all. Now everthing will be ungrouped. You can use the node edit button and delete the nodes you do not want. What I do is use the node edit tool highlight the nodes I do not want and just press the backspce button untill they disappear !! Down

So are these already vectorized? If not...Bitmap>vectorize>beiser should do it. Also in flexi, straight lines will look like that. Try this zoom in alot and see what they look like then. I know when I am looking at something freom page veiw it will look (choppy) nothing like Illustrator. Try zooming in and see if they are straight. Down

For 1 color, 2 sided shirts with the quantity of 100. I would charge 6.75 a shirt. Total price of $675.00 cost of shirts $171.00 Ink $30. Total cost $201.00 total profit $474.00. It would take me about 3.5 hours to do 100 shirts. so i make $135.42 an hour. Of course there is design time. Picking up the shirts. making the screen. But well well worth it. All in all it would most likely be an all day job. but 474 in one day !! I would not complain. DOWN

I actually work at a paper mill. I have so many rolls of paper laying around is unreal. I really like using my 50lb Kraft Butcher paper to plot on. Or as we call it 50BBW. Its is prefurnished and white. I love using it. I dont know how it would wok after its been to a converter but you may want to try a local butcher shop??

Well the year is damn near over how did you do?? My real job $62,000.00 my vinyl business about $27,000.00 Not ebay Ebay about $24,000.00 net - ebay fees and -paypal fees ( probally made ebay about $10,000.00) AND IM BROKE !!!!! WHY IS THAT !!!!!! So I made about $51,000.00 doing vinyl (side) business - the fees and what not I got my USCUTTER plotter/cutter for $350 and my heat press for $150. So I can honestly say I made my money back !!!!! P.s. I know why Im broke I paid $18,000.00 in child support !!! MONEY ABSOLUTLY WELL SPENT !!!!! No kidding !!! SO DID YOU HAVE A MERRY YEAR !!! This doesnt include you MR. KEN IMES we all know you make more then the president !!!
