so i have 2 problems... just opened my brand spankin new 12" plotter.... problem #1, they sent me signblazer..... im a mac user.... i requested sc-x2... but i guess something got messed up.... problem #2 the tiny driver disc will not fit in my slot load cd rom.... im assuming this is the drivers for the cutter... is there somewhere i can download them? is there someone that can help me get this set up on my mac? waiting paitently for your help

no dice... they wont ship to canada...

they didnt ship the banner i ordered, and they lost my order at first ( took a month to get it) then they didnt ship the unit as agreed which resulted in a $40 brokerage fee on my end... when i contacted them they basically said that its not their problem.

how did you go about contacting the BBB about them? they recently screwed me for a whole bunch of money and are not willing to do anything about it.

i may bite the bullet and try one out... if it sucks... im only out about 30 bucks...
