    Perfectly said Skeeter..I have the same machine as you NewDesigns, I just got mine just over a month ago and im very happy with it...I run my Blade at 102 grams of pressure, and the test cut by hand with scrap vinyl is the way to do it . as long as the blade does not cut thru the backing paper you will be good. as for speed i run mine around 144 for now. Depending on what your design looks like, the speed will vary/ if there is a lot of smaller detail then run a slower speed. but if you are doing simple cuts like numbers, letters, larger graphics with larger cuts then a faster speed will be ok... You just have to determine the complexity of your design... Trial and error is in your path ahead. We all do it ,Even the pros still have those days...

    Since im new to this decal world, am i understanding these calculator things correctly. If i get a 12"x50yd  (which is  150 sq feet going by the calculator i got from here earlier in the post) roll of oracal 651 at 25.00 a roll it breaks down to .17cents  a square foot? Thats what my cost is ? And if im charging $10-$15 for sq foot for a design from my customer,Is that good?

    I posted this in a another area but im gonna bring it here as well. Hope its ok ,But here is my version of a light table i thought of and it works awesome and was pretty cheap to build. Overall size is 50"Lx 18 1/2 " D. Black cloth to keep light in, 1 each 6000k Led Light Bar, pvc,Plexiglass top . under 55 bucks

    I hope this info isnt somewhere else on the forum, I tried looking but found nothing ,so if it is im sorry lol..

    These are sites i have came across for free vector svg eps files etc .Im not sure if they will help but i figured i could post them for those who are new and not sure where to start. I hope they are useful in some way even tho im still new as well , but i just want to put my help out there also some how.. When you go to the sites, do a search for "FREE" etc or what you may be looking for . there many things on each if you just search on them.Most sites dont require you to sign up etc even tho it says login or signup..       PLEASE SHARE YOUR SITES AS WELL TO HELP US ALL OUT..THANKS
