    For install only, I would charge him at least $50. There are several colors and it's decent sized so hopefully you can knock it out in an hour. If he squeaks at that just pass and remind him that your install price includes replacement of the graphic if you bungle it whereas he'll have to pay you for another one if he messes it up. 

     Thnx Goose, Let me clarify that i will be designing this,weeding and applying it to his marine grade sign already painted the color he chose..

    You could use a program called Photozoom pro 6 .it takes the image and resizes while keeping the pixels together, i use it alot in my photography and then save as you u need it...it works pretty good depending on the image of course.if you  want send me the image and ill see how it turns out and if it works ill send the file to you . no charge lol. www.pippinphotography.com go check out my pics..

    Look on ebay, there was a guy that had awesome prices that one of my frends purchased from and it was great product etc, he had no issues. i cant remember the guys name on ebay sorry.

    Are you looking to add something as far as airbrush and paint or decal wise?

    TauntDevil,,,im going for decal wise or change up of color design ,anything really to make it look good and stand out but not stupid godly, no more paint,cant afford the airbrush here.they are way high here.

    Thanks Moody.I was kinda thinking of removing the red on the sides or something. the more i keep thinking about it and keep looking at im not impressed with the sides at all..what to do , what to do lol...it was painted with hotshots paint by a pro here, is there a safe remedy of removing the red paint without affecting my original?

    As you see in the picture i had a local pro professionally paint  red pin stripes down the sides, there is also 2 on the hood that follow the body line as well and red around the circle on the fog lights(which isnt shown,took picture before it was done) and there is also pin stripes on the rear.. just curious if you guys would do anything else anywhere to this. im open to any ideas to make it pop..As you see red stands out pretty good on this..

    Hey skarekrow, just curious what you did to get that font? just out of curiousity i used find my font and seperated the letters and "Dragon is Coming " didnt show up? so im curious what special thing you did? and if you do use find my font, what do you have your preferences set on.im curious if my settings should be changed?

    I sat here and went thru every post i could find about banners in the forum and still wasnt getting much info.So im shouting out for myself from the experts on here... Ive been asked to do some banner work and im lost .They will be outside and i will be using my oracal vinyl either 651 or 751 whatever is suggested best by you smart guys. Also what thickness is best, i read some people use the 13oz and dont worry about the shadow showing thru the other side and then some do worry or they use the 18oz material.. i dont want to worry about seeing ithru and having a crappy banner.

     

    1. So what is highly suggested 13 or 18 oz etc banner material?

    2. what vinyl is best for banners?

    3. Is there a certain type of banner finish for the vinyl to adhere to i need?

    4. what is better -roll of banner already with grommets or not ? or buy them pre-made cut and hemmed?

    5. hem tape to use for the ends if i goto cutting my own rolls?

     I hope i covered the questions if i missed anything please feel free to add info..

    I agree Mfatty and Dirt, I would have done that but he didnt want it .I do what they ask and i do suggest things as well,but in the end they pay me for what they want lol... Thank you everyone for your comments.

    Mfatty500-it stands out better in person.. not sure why the image is poor or looks like that. i guess i should have brightened it up in lightroom 5..thnaks everyone for your comments..i was stressed the hole time of laying that stuff ..but its what they wanted..
